We  staff Level II officers with Level III training. All of our security  personnel are required to complete the state-mandated 40 hours of  training as set forth by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private  Security Bureau prior to employment. In the course of becoming certified  as a Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer, guards will learn  about a number of topics, including

• Legal Aspects of Private Security
• Security Officer Conduct
•  Observation and Incident Reporting
• Principles of Communications
• Principles of Access Control
• Principles of Safeguarding Information
• Emergency Response Procedures
• Life Safety Awareness
   

Continuing  education is one of the cornerstones of PPI’s philosophy regarding superior customer service. As such, we regularly offer free, additional  security seminars at our in-house training academy.

In addition to our in house training program, we take pride in the fact that all promotions are from within and advancement is possible.

We provide all uniforms and  necessary equipment at no cost to you, our team members. Full Health,  Vision, Life & Dental is available IMMEDIATELY.

We provide our officers with  uniforms – at no cost to the employee – that may be traded in at any  time, before they become worn or ill-fitting.
